Standard Rates:
$65 per hour for shop time.
$65 per hour + $25 fee for outcall. (ex: $90 for the first hour)
Min $50 for in call or $75 for outcall.

Discounted rates / Project Rates:
$55 per hour + $25 for pre-arranged outcall projects or projects that exceed 16 hours and are under 40 hours in a given week.
$45-$55 per hour for pre-arranged projects (not outcall). Ideally over 16hour. Lesser rate for projects exceeding 40 hours.

Phone support options (out of the blue)
$50 for up to 15mins, then + $1.10 per min. (recommended for short calls)
When support call is over 4 hours and have a lot of breaks in between:
$50 for the first 15mins, then $65 per hour when on the phone and/or when doing work. $35 per hour standby time (when not on phone/doing work).

$275 for 5.5 hours monthly (billed quarterly)
$185 for 3.5 hours monthly (billed quarterly)
$135 for 2.5 hours monthly (billed quarterly)

Rate packages may be changed for the next biggest package at any given time (prorated), and may require purchase of up to an additional 2 month extension from date added. 75% of the package unused time portion in a given month may be carried forward to the next month. Packages may be downgraded at end of package term/renewal if usage shows the extra time is not required and must be below 25% of new package size. Packages only apply per business per location unless states otherwise.

(only recommend package that best suits time usage, plan can be changed in next quarter)
$485 for 8.5 hours monthly (billed quarterly)
$320 for 5.5 hours monthly (billed quarterly)
$215 for 3.5 hours monthly (billed quarterly)

$100 for 1.5 hours monthly (billed quarterly)


Excess hours billed out at $60 per hour or $55 per hour if exceeding 8 hours in a given month in 15mins intervals, price above is based on multiple support calls. If a second technician is required for out call service, the second technician is billed out at 60% of the discounted rate stated above for the first 5 hours in a given month and/or equal to the total hours in the package, and the normal discounted rate applies afterwards for additional time needed. $25 outcall fee and min time requirement is waved for the first 4 visits per month only for packages 3.5 hours or more. and is waived for all packages when total time used per month is less then total package time. Fees and rates are frozen and cannot increase for all Pre-Arranged tech support packages as long as packages are renewed before 15 days of end of package term. Rate packages may be changed for the next biggest package at any given time (prorated), and may require purchase of up to an additional 2 month extension form date added. 50% of the package unused time portion in a given month may be carried forward to the next month for packages 3.5 hours or more. Special rates do not apply for hours that are over and above 40 hours per week. Packages only apply per business per location unless states otherwise.


To add 45mins phone support extra: add $40 or add $75 for 1 ½ hours. This time is discounted time devoted to phone support or store communication and cannot be used toward outcall service. It is required where a lot of phone communication is needed. Rate packages may be changed for the next biggest package at any given time (prorated), and require purchase of an additional 2 month extension.


Note:

Price for unlimited time per month is needed is based on amount of computers that need support + printers, how old the equipment is, and how complicated the network is. Such package can fluctuate in price every quarter to guarantee enough resources are coming in to properly match what is required of the support package.

Blocks of time or ‘guaranteed’ work are charged at discounted rates or else work is charged at normal rate. Blocks of time start at 4 hours or more. On some occasions ‘guarantied’ work is needed due to an extremely busy schedule. For all work; a work order needs to be filled out and signed. 35% upfront for quoted projects. 50% deposit for parts.
